The quickest way is to look inside the battery compartment of the parent unit:

▸ My device is called "Eco Control+" – is that enough of a match?
Unfortunately not, the name alone isn't enough. NUK sells both an Eco Control+ 267 without a camera and an Eco Control+ Video with a camera. The two have different power supplies and different batteries. What decides it is the part number on the type plate: 10.256.296 is the video model this power supply is made for. If it reads 10.256.266, you have the audio model and need a different power supply.
▸ I can't find a type plate – is there another way to tell?
Yes, the battery compartment of the parent unit. A flat battery pack with a cable and connector means you have the video model. Two separate AAA batteries mean you have the audio model – in which case this power supply does not fit.
▸ How do I know whether the plug fits?
By three measurements: 2.5 mm outer diameter, 0.7 mm inner diameter, 9.5 mm length. The product images include a dimensioned drawing. Hold your old power supply next to it – if the measurements match, it fits.
▸ Do I also need a new battery?
Not necessarily. If the parent unit only runs while plugged in and switches off the moment you unplug it, the battery is usually at the end of its life – we stock a matching replacement battery. If the device no longer charges at all, the power supply is the more likely culprit.
